The Bride Show Dubai To Showcase Abayas, Caftans, Wedding Dresses

During the second week of April, the 13th annual Bride Show Dubai will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre. Accompanied for the first time by a new exhibition called Women's World Live, The Bride Show Dubai will draw more than 200 wedding industry experts and suppliers from all over the world. At the show, the latest haute couture dresses, abayas, and caftans from the upcoming bridal fashion show in Dubai will be made available for purchase for the first time.

Women's World Live, which has been described by show officials as "the ultimate girls’ day out," will feature health care and well-being providers, fun fitness classes, and fashion and beauty make-overs offered to attendees. Next door at The Bride Show Dubai, professional models will be showing off innovative designs for caftans and abayas, exquisite wedding dresses, and fabulous evening wear designed by some of the top names in Islamic fashion.

Backstage, L'Oreal hair professionals and MAC Cosmetics makeup artists will transform catwalk models with the latest bridal looks. According to show officials, L'Oreal stylists and Kerastase representatives will also be on the exhibition floor, running a new "hair blow-dry bar" for show attendees. Visitors will also have a chance to win a designer handbag. Perhaps even more exciting will be the somewhat gimmicky but nevertheless enticing contest in which visitors have a chance to design a custom bag. One lucky show attendee will have his or her design created by a well-known London-based designer.  

Access to Women's World Live is included with entry to The Bride Show Dubai. A first-time event, Women's World Live is expected to bring together traditional Arabic and Indian retailers with international beauty counters and world-famous designer brands. After a hiatus in recent years, The Bride Show Dubai will once again feature the Young Designers Awards, which showcases the work of student and amateur fashion designers, whose creations (all wedding dresses) will be modeled on the runway.

From boot camp classes to in-depth philosophical conversations over dinner with friends.

I’m excited to be part of something bigger than myself. To be part of a story that is all about connecting and building a community. I truly believe Artizara’s philosophy resonates with people from all walks of life and I love being part of this innovative team. Being a mother of 3 young children, I’m also passionate about education and mentorship. I wrote a book that introduces children to careers, schools, and the world of business, through a fun rhyming narrative.

I joined Artizara for two reasons – the spirit of the company, and the passion of the founder. I love that Artizara imbues lifestyle with the beauty that is the rich history of Eastern and Muslim Art. “God is Beautiful, and Loves Beauty” is more than a verse in a holy book – it represents one of the foundational concepts behind Artizara, and I am honored and proud to be a part of it. I am an artist myself, and also have a background in tech.

I joined Artizara because I enjoy the connections that marketing builds with communities, and I’m proud to work with an amazing team of individuals from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy coming to work every day seeing the proof that we are stronger in unity.
