We offer Free shipping and Free unlimited 90 day Returns/Exchanges on all USA orders with re:do returns protection for under $3/order.
We offer Free standard shipping to select countries around the world based on your order total. Just find your country in the table below and see whether your order total qualifies for discounted or Free standard shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS INCLUDING RUSH ORDERS  RECEIVED AFTER 1PM PST ARE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Please note that:

  • All Return/Exchange packages must be received within 90 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What is non-refundable and non-exchangeable?

  • Returns received after 90 days of the order shipment date
  • Returns received in damaged, altered or worn condition, without tags or packaging
  • International duties and taxes paid by you to your home country
  • Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective wholesale merchandise only, can be exchanged within 7 days of order shipped date. Please call us to obtain a return authorization for wholesale exchanges.
  • Items not purchased from Artizara directly, or bought from wholesalers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Quick Returns

  • The simplest and easiest way to start a return/exchange is by accessing our returns portal here to start your return. You will be able to get a return label and even instant credit, that you can apply immediately towards an exchange.
  • Alternately, you can call Customer Care at 1-866-278-4927, or 1-858-449-4810. We’ll place a new order immediately, and charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges to you. (This will create a temporary charge on your card until the return is received and a refund is issued, but will ensure your exchange item is shipped to you quickly) All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a refund following the steps below. If you do not want the second charge and your exchange item shipped before your return is received, you can also return/exchange using the regular method below:

Regular Returns

  • Access our returns portal here to start your return. You will be able to get a return label and even instant credit, that you can apply immediately towards an exchange.
  • Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
  • On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
  • Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
  • If you are exchanging, indicate the new item name/number, color and size.
  • Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. You can ship using whatever shipping method is most convenient for you. However, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.
  • We'll email you within 5-7 business days when we process your return!

Life is complex, it’s beautiful, and we’re all in this together.”

I’m an unremarkable woman but a believer in big dreams. There are many beautiful stories waiting to be told in the Muslim world. I founded Artizara to tell those stories through beautiful things, that people can surround themselves with and feel a connection to a rich heritage.

So, here I am, doing what I love. And every single day, I wake up excited and grateful for this opportunity.

Through Artizara, I am encouraged to practice full self-expression - a true gift of support and respect. Outside of work you can find me dabbling in new exercises and activities - constantly. From boot camp classes to in-depth philosophical conversations over dinner with friends.

I’m excited to be part of something bigger than myself. To be part of a story that is all about connecting and building a community. I truly believe Artizara’s philosophy resonates with people from all walks of life and I love being part of this innovative team. Being a mother of 3 young children, I’m also passionate about education and mentorship. I wrote a book that introduces children to careers, schools, and the world of business, through a fun rhyming narrative.

I love that Artizara imbues lifestyle with the beauty that is the rich history of Eastern and Muslim Art. “God is Beautiful, and Loves Beauty” is more than a verse in a holy book – it represents one of the foundational concepts behind Artizara, and I am honored and proud to be a part of it. I am an artist myself, and also have a background in tech.
