International packages shipped with standard US Postal Service shipping usually take 10-14 business days for delivery. With Rush shipping your order can be there in as little as 2-3 days but it depends on your destination.Please be aware that delays in customs are possible. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
Please Note: You will be responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees imposed by your home country. These taxes are not included in your order and are calculated by customs officials of each individual country, and are therefore difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Please understand that we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials to minimize these fees charged by your home country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We now offer unlimited returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase with re:do at a small cost when you place your order. We understand that returns can be a hassle. That's why starting August 15, 2023 we've partnered with re:do - a new returns app that makes returning products easier than ever before.This means that when you buy re:do coverage for your order during checkout for a small fee ( under $3 per order) you can return or exchange any item in your order as many times as you like within 90 days! Think of it like return insurance.
If anything doesn’t work out, return or exchange it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost. You’re covered for 90 days. It’s that simple.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- If you purchased re:do return protection with your order click HERE to start your FREE exchange or return.
- If you did not purchase re:do protection at the original time of checkout, you can still return or exchange your items within 90 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping back to us, regardless of the size of your original order. Click HERE to begin your return/ exchange and pay for your return label.
- In our easy returns portal HERE, you will be offered the option to return the item for a refund, exchange for a different size, or get store credit that you can use to buy anything else at Artizara.
- Our easy easy returns portal HERE will give you the option to download and print your label.
WHAT IS RETURNABLE?
- Items purchased within the last 90 days, that we receive back within the 90 day return period.
- In new and resalable condition
- Unwashed with all tags attached.
- Does not smell of perfume, is not marked with makeup or deodorant, does not show signs of wear or pet hair.
- Is not an item marked Final Sale. All Final Clearance items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for returns and exchanges.
Please inspect your items when you receive them. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed. We will happily cover the cost of returns if the item is defective or you received the wrong item. Simply email us at service@artizara.com.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE?
- Items purchased over 90 days ago or received after the 90 day return period.
- Items that have been worn, washed, have no tags or are in any way non resalable.
- All FINAL SALE items.
- Your original shipping cost that was paid to the carrier to get the order to you and is not refundable, unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item.
- For international orders, any customs duties or brokerage fees you pay to your home country are not refundable. We don’t collect these fees. These fees are charged by your home country so sorry, we have no way of refunding them.
- Wholesale orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

HOW SOON DO I GET MY REFUND/ EXCHANGE?
- RETURNS: Once you have initiated your return through our easy returns portal HERE, please promptly ship back the items making sure they arrive before your 90 day return window closes. We will issue your refund just as soon as your returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5-7 business days, and you will receive refund confirmation via email. Your original shipping cost that was paid to the carrier to get the order to you and is not refundable.
- EXCHANGES: Once you have initiated your exchange through our easy returns portal HERE, please promptly ship back the items you’re returning making sure they arrive before your 90 day return window closes. As soon as we’re notified that your return package has been scanned by the carrier, your exchange item will be on its way to you typically within 2 business days. You will receive email confirmation of your exchange order as soon as you’ve shipped the original item back.
