Fa Inna Ma'al Usri Ysra, Inn Ma'l Usri Yusra (Quran 94: 5&6) are verses that touch the heart. Translated as 'Indeed, with every hardship, comes ease. With every hardship, comes ease'.

Allah (God) comforts us and gives us solace in times of hardship with these profound verses. Even in the depths of our despair, He reminds us that our trials will end and relief will follow. This has been repeated twice, to reassure us that there is a light at the end of every tunnel and every dark night ends with a new dawn.

Nadia Janjua, the artist, in her own words:

"In all of my creative work, I am committed to narrating my inner truth through expressions of colors, texture, and text. I am drawn to the abstraction of concepts and moments and thrive on the multiple interpretations that human experience brings to it. My art has been my source of healing, and in the process of creating it, I am essentially searching for the truest reflection and understanding my soul has ever experienced. Paintings often feel like they reveal themselves onto my canvas, and somehow I always seem to discover myself in them."

Hold a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level with the floor. This is your bust size. (Please note that this is NOT the same as your bra size)

Waist

Hold a tape measure around your natural waist, keeping it level with the floor. This is your waist size.

Hips

Hold a tape measure around the largest part of your hips, keeping the tape level with the floor. This is your hip size.
