sleeves are abit too puffy for my liking

material is good but it doesnt show in the picture that the sleeves are very puffy and stiff due to the embroidery. with the dress being very flare-y, the whole piece is not flattering. the model had held the flare on her thighs so it didnt show in the picture. unlike my other purchases, i regret buying this. possible to return?
