How to figure your Shipping Cost

Its easy! Add your item(s) to the shopping cart and click on 'Estimate Shipping and Tax'. You'll be given several shipping options, from regular to rush, from different carriers.

Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s fees and the weight of your order. We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL International.

International packages shipped with standard US Postal Service shipping usually take 10-14 business days for delivery. With Rush shipping your order can be there in as little as 2-3 days but it depends on your destination. Please be aware that delays in customs are possible. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees imposed by your home country. These taxes are not included in your order and are calculated by customs officials of each individual country, and are therefore difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

If you're not happy, we're not happy! Your Artizara, Inc purchase is backed by a simple 30 day "no-hassle" return/exchange policy. Return any items you purchase within 30 days of the order shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. You are responsible for shipping costs to get the return to us. For domestic/USA exchanges, exchange your items with items of equal value and we will ship the exchange to you, FREE!

Please note that:

All Return/Exchange packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What is non-refundable and non-exchangeable?

Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective wholesale merchandise only, can be exchanged within 7 days of order shipped date. Please call us to obtain a return authorization for wholesale exchanges.
Items not purchased from Artizara, Inc directly, or bought from wholesalers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For Quick Exchanges, and to make sure you get the item you want before it runs out of stock:
- Call Customer Care at 1-866-278-4927, or 1-858-449-4810. We’ll place a new order immediately, and charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges to you (This will create a temporary charge on your card until the return is received and a refund is issued, but will ensure your exchange item is shipped to you quickly). All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a refund following the steps listed under Regular Returns above.
- If you do not want the second charge and your exchange item shipped before your return is received, you can also return/exchange using the Regular Returns method listed above:

Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to My Account click on your My Orders links (left-side), then select View Order for the correct order, and select Print Order (top-right).
On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
Fill out the Return or Exchange form that was included in your order:
- Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
- Enter a 'Reason Code' using the options listed.
- If you are exchanging, indicate the new item name/number, color and size.
Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
Cut and affix the address label included at the bottom of the Return/Exchange form included in your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. You can ship using whatever shipping method is most convenient for you. However, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara, Inc is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.

Crafted in the ancient Ottoman tradition, hand engraved aqeeq (agate) is set with a delicate border of tiny faceted sapphires. The incscription reads "Astaghfir Allah" (Allah Forgive Me), an expression of forgiveness and protection from evil in Islam. Three teardrop jades accent the bottom of the necklaces, with a carved filigree clasp and substantial hand made silver chain with 2 in. extender. The lobster claw clasp can be position anywhere on the chain allowing you to wear this necklace short or long. The aqeeq is a natural stone favored by the Prophet Muhammed (saw) according to some Islamic traditions.

Please note that each piece is individually hand made following centuries old jewelry making traditions. Differences in engraving, slight marks and imperfections are a hallmark of the individuality of this product and no two pieces will be exactly alike
