We sometimes run shipping promotions, with special rates or free shipping for certain order totals. These promotions are listed on our home page and will supersede the standard rates.
- Flat rate 10-14 day shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) is available for the following countries. (Click here for the applicable countries and rates)
- Variety of trackable shipping options through carriers including USPS, UPS and DHL. You will be presented with current options and rates at checkout.
- We also offer duties paid shipping to 85+ countries through BorderJump. This provides customers the peace of mind of a guaranteed landed cost with no surprises and no duties, taxes or other charges at delivery.

Its easy! Add your item(s) to the shopping cart and click on 'Estimate Shipping and Tax'. You'll be given several shipping options, regular and rush, from different carriers. With Rush shipping, your order can be there in as little as 1 business day within the USA or 2-3 business days internationally.*

We ship worldwide!
We ship worldwide and, depending on where your order is heading, now provide you with the ability to prepay duties, VAT and any other charges that are usually associated with imported goods. The countries where duties are conveniently collected at checkout will be indicated while shopping. For shipments to these countries, the final amount you pay at checkout includes guaranteed duties, VAT, customs handling and shipping. There will no additional charges at delivery. Just sign for your parcel and enjoy!
For shipments to countries where duties cannot be prepaid, you will be responsible for import duties, VAT and any other fees imposed by your home country. The delivery agent is required to collect these charges from you at delivery and will not release your parcel until all such fees have been paid.

Simple Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy, we're not happy! Your Artizara purchase is backed by a simple 30 day "no-hassle" return/exchange policy. Return any items you purchase within 30 days of the order shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. You are responsible for shipping costs to get the return to us. For domestic/USA exchanges, exchange your items with items of equal value and we will ship the exchange to you, FREE!
Please note that:
- All Return/Exchange packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- For International Shipping - Duties & Taxes (paid up front) are non-refundable.
What is non-refundable and non-exchangeable?
- Returns received after 30 days of the order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged, altered or worn condition, without tags or packaging
- International duties and taxes paid by you to your home country
- Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective wholesale merchandise only, can be exchanged within 7 days of order shipped date. Please call us to obtain a return authorization for wholesale exchanges.
- Items not purchased from Artizara directly, or bought from wholesalers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- For Quick Exchanges, and to make sure you get the item you want before it runs out of stock:
- Call Customer Care at 1-866-278-4927, or 1-858-449-4810. We’ll place a new order immediately, and charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges to you. (This will create a temporary charge on your card until the return is received and a refund is issued, but will ensure your exchange item is shipped to you quickly) All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a refund following the steps below.
- If you do not want the second charge and your exchange item shipped before your return is received, you can also return/exchange using the regular method below:
- Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
- On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
- Fill out the Return or Exchange form that was included in your order:
- Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
- Enter a 'Reason Code' using the options listed.
- If you are exchanging, indicate the new item name/number, color and size.
- Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
- Cut and affix the address label included at the bottom of the Return/Exchange form included in your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. You can ship using whatever shipping method is most convenient for you. However, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.
