We ship worldwide and offer a menu of discounted shipping options to suit your needs! Most orders ship within 24 hours from San Diego, USA. Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and where it’s going.
To calculate shipping, add items to your cart, scroll down and enter your shipping address in the Estimate Shipping and Tax field and click on “Get a Quote”.
We sometimes run shipping promotions, with special rates or free shipping for certain order totals. These promotions are listed on our home page and will supersede the standard rates.
- Standard USA shipping is FREE for orders $100 and over and $7.95 for orders under $100. We ship via the US Postal Service or UPS and delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days
- Standard international shipping is via the US Postal Service, depends on the order weight and destination, and takes approximately 10-14 business days. Click here for countries where we ship.

How to figure your shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s fees and the weight of your order. We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL International. Click here for countries where we ship
International packages shipped with standard US Postal Service shipping usually take 10-14 business days for delivery. With Rush shipping your order can be there in as little as 2-3 days but it depends on your destination. Please be aware that delays in customs are possible. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees imposed by your home country. These taxes are not included in your order and are calculated by customs officials of each individual country, and are therefore difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Simple Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy, we're not happy! Your Artizara purchase is backed by a simple 30 day "no-hassle" return/exchange policy. Return any items you purchase within 30 days of the order shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. You are responsible for shipping costs to get the return to us. For domestic/USA exchanges, exchange your items with items of equal value and we will ship the exchange to you, FREE!
Please note that:
- All Return/Exchange packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- For International Shipping - Duties & Taxes (paid up front) are non-refundable.
What is non-refundable and non-exchangeable?
- Returns received after 30 days of the order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged, altered or worn condition, without tags or packaging
- International duties and taxes paid by you to your home country
- Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective wholesale merchandise only, can be exchanged within 7 days of order shipped date. Please call us to obtain a return authorization for wholesale exchanges.
- Items not purchased from Artizara directly, or bought from wholesalers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- For Quick Exchanges, and to make sure you get the item you want before it runs out of stock:
- Call Customer Care at 1-866-278-4927, or 1-858-449-4810. We’ll place a new order immediately, and charge your card for your new item, and waive shipping charges to you. (This will create a temporary charge on your card until the return is received and a refund is issued, but will ensure your exchange item is shipped to you quickly) All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a refund following the steps below.
- If you do not want the second charge and your exchange item shipped before your return is received, you can also return/exchange using the regular method below:
- Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and print.
- On the invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning or exchanging
- Fill out the Return or Exchange form that was included in your order:
- Specify if you are returning or exchanging.
- Enter a 'Reason Code' using the options listed.
- If you are exchanging, indicate the new item name/number, color and size.
- Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
- Cut and affix the address label included at the bottom of the Return/Exchange form included in your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. You can ship using whatever shipping method is most convenient for you. However, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara is not responsible for lost returned shipments and cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise we do not receive.
