    How does it work?

    You receive points based on your purchase at www.artizara.com. Points accumulate in your customer account automatically. You receive 5 points for every $1 USD you spend with us. Once you've reached a minimum of 500 points, you will be able to use your points like CASH. Simply checkout with the points you've earned as payment (or partial payment).

    How many reward points do I receive?

    You receive 5 reward points for every $1 USD you spend.

    Do my reward points expire?

    No. Your reward points never expire.

    What can I redeem my rewards points for?

    You may use your rewards points like CASH. You may purchase anything in the Artizara store once you've reached a minimum of 500 points

    Is there a cap/ceiling limit to how many points I can receive?

    No. There is no limit on how many reward points you can acquire.

    How do I use/redeem my points?

    During checkout, simply check the box that says "Use my reward points, [Your reward points amount] reward points available". If you have more than enough to cover the balance, it will simply deduct the balance and leave you with your remaining points to use at another time.

    What is the point breakdown?

    To see features and benefits (which also contains a simplified points breakdown), simply head to our Artizara Reward Points Chart. We've also listed a simple breakdown for you here:

    • 500 points = $5 USD
    • 1,000 points = $10 USD
    • 1,500 points = $15 USD
    • 2,000 points = $20 USD
    • 2,500 points = $25 USD
    • 3,000 points = $30 USD
    • and so on...

    Has my order shipped?

    Click on the Account link (in the main navigation) and log in if you aren't already. This will bring you to your Customer Dashboard where you will see a list of your recent orders (click "View All" to view all your orders). You will see the "Status" column with your order's status here. If the order says "Complete" then it has been shipped to you.

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Order quantities can only be changed by calling Customer Service at (858) 449-4810. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    How do I track my order?

    Your shipping confirmation (an email sent to you when your order has been shipped) will provide you with the carrier we used to ship your order along with your tracking number (if you choose a trackable shipping method).

    My order never arrived.

    If applicable, please track your order by first going into your shipping confirmation and grabbing your tracking number. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Service ((858) 449-4810) for assistance.

    An item is missing from my shipment.

    When will my backorder arrive?

    Backordered items are those which are temporarily sold out but expected to be restocked within 2-3 weeks. As soon as it is back in stock we will ship the item to you. Please call us at 1-858-449-4810 or email us at service@artizara.com for the status of your backorder.

    How do I create an account?

    1. Click the "Account" OR "Log In" link in the navigation bar.
    2. Select "Create an Account" button (on the left side).
    3. Fill out the form.

    How do I edit my account information?

    Click the "Account" OR "Log In" link in the navigation bar to head to your Customer Dashboard. Once there you have many options in which you can edit. For example, if you wish to edit your address, select the "Address Book" link on the left side. Then simply select "Change Billing Address", "Change Shipping Address" or "Add New Address".

    How much is my shipping?

    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. The fastest way to estimate the shipping is when you are in your shopping cart. In the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" area, input your information and a list of shipping options will appear. OR Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

    I forgot my password.

    Click the "Log In" link in the navigation bar. Click the "Forgot Password" link under the "Registered Customers" section. Fill in your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

    I received the wrong product.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

    I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

    Emails are sent to you with ever order place, invoiced and shipped. You may also log in to your account (click on the "Account" link in the navigation bar). Click "My Orders" on the left navigation. You may choose to print Order Information, Invoices and Shipments. To print order, select "Print Order" (top right). To print Invoices and shipments, select one of the options then select "Print [Invoices or Shipment]" (located BELOW the address blocks).

    When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

    How do I navigate the site?
