Shipping

To make ordering as easy as possible, we have a flat rate shipping schedule based on value of your order. Standard shipping is just $6 throughout the continental United States on any size order. Depending on order weight standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (without tracking) or UPS Ground Service, estimated delivery in approximately 7 days within the United States. International delivery takes anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on the destination. You may also select from other shipping methods such as UPS, which is trackable, for a slightly higher fee. Rush shipping through USPS or UPS is also available worldwide.

* Customs duties may apply for shipping outside the US. Please note that Artizara.com has no control over and is not responsible for the Customs Duties levied by your destination country.

All dollar figures shown are in US dollars (US$). If your destination is not shown, please contact us.

Periodically we may run shipping promotions, with special rates or free shipping for certain order totals. These promotions are listed on our home page and will supersede the standard rates indicated on this schedule.

We ship using UPS, USPS Priority Mail or comparable delivery service. Canadian orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard service to Canada. Please do not wait to notify us if your order does not arrive within the expected time by emailing us at service@artizara.com

Standard delivery within the US takes approximately five working days. If you need your order sooner than that please email us at orders@artizara.com

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Please call us at 1866ARTIZARA (858.449.4810) or email us at service@artizara.com with the items you wish to order and we would be happy to quote you expedited shipping rates.

We can ship your order to most countries of the world. Please email us at service@artizara.com to determine shipping charges. Please include exactly what items you would like to order and how soon you need them so we may calculate shipping accurately.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges or duties that may apply to international shipments.

Returns

We stand behind our products and want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. These policies and procedures have been established so that costs are kept low and the shopping experience is a fair one for all parties.

You may return or exchange any merchandise you order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date for the return to be accepted. Merchandise must be in its original condition in the original packaging, unlaundered with the tags still attached. Please select a shipping method for your return shipment that provides a proof of delivery and insurance. Artizara is not responsible for lost returned shipments.

If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Prior to returning any merchandise, please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization.

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt to make sure that it conforms to the description on the website. Please let us know as soon as possible if the merchandise you order is different from its description in a "Substantial" way. You may return or exchange such merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date provided it fulfills the conditions for a return as described above. We reserve the right to determine what is a "Substantial" difference and also reserve the right to refund or not to refund the shipping charges based on our determination.
