This light as a feather long skirt is a must have wardrobe basic for the spring! Romantic ruching all around gives the skirt femininity while the lightweight fabric keeps you airy and cool. Stretchy, wide waistband is super comfortable to wear and can be worn high, low or folded, depending on your length preference.
